Database Of Xml Middleware Design And Application

With the requirement of describing the data of OMC in Composite Mobile Telecommunication, this dissertation is devoted to the researches of designment of DataBase Middleware based on XML. This middleware offers advantages for application to transfer data between XML and RDB.XML is the specification of store and description of Data in Internet era, and brings big advantage and impact in software area..This paper firstly discusses the characteristic, advantage and evolutional trend of XML.Then shows that most of standalone applications, WEB Database(collection and publication of data), integration of heterogeneous Databases, Enterprise information system(EIS) are more and more select XML as the their data format.Based on that, compares XML and Relational Database, and analyzes their relationship.They are very important in the above area.They works concurrently, but their differentiations call for the researches of XMLDBMW.This dissertation designs modules for XMLDBMW as following , Adapter and communicating with client, Manager of users and connections, Main Controller, Zip and Unzip, pattern Map and data transfer betweem XML and RDB, etc.Based on the point with the requirement of applications, characteristics of middleware and flexibility of applying, we talked about the perspective and thoughts of all modules.It shows this XMLDBMW's specialties and advantages to other Database-middleware.More, it researches the implement of the modules in java. Researched Mapping in depth, referenced ORM instance, presented a algorithm and implemented it in the main.It ends the research of XMLDBMW with relational questions of applicatoin, such as environment and configurement, client development, startup and stop, administration, etc.,and with the application of this middleware in TMN and OMC based on XML.With the guidance from teacher,I researched the feasibility of using XML in OMC.This XMLDBMW can used not only in C/S OMC,but in B/S framework. In a general way,except offering advantages for application to transfer data between XML and RDB,it can integrate heterogeneous databases in traditional(non-XML) way.It boost applicatoins on the following aspections: Data access performance,adaptability flexibility and of system.Gives advantages to large appIications,EAI and the modernizing of legacy systems.
