With the great development of Computer figure technology, dynamical system technology and scientific calculation visualization technology, these technologies have been greatly applied in many projects of our country's petroleum industry. The theses use the Computer graphics, Dynamical system and Visualization technologies to analyse the stress and strain of Bottom Hole Assemblies, which has important operation significance to improve the level of making hole and controlling.The article firstly has carried out reduction and hypotheses, utilized crossbar bent continuous beam law in BHA stress and distortion to analyse the system's stress and strain to create the systemic mechanics simulation model. Then it researched the application and realize of Object-Oriented computer technique of simulation and scientific calculation visualization to analyze the stress and strain of Bottom Hole Assemblies. And the text uses the Object-Oriented languages Visual Basic, MATLAB 6. 5 as development tools to design the simulation visualizing system. Theoretically, visualization simulation system's implementation bases on the link of advantage of VB at the aspect of GUI exploitation and MATLAB visualization function to realize the seamless integration of Application System. In the course of design the article particularly introduced the interface of Visual Basic and MATLAB 6. 5. This simulation system has been adapted in field inspection and achieved favorable society and economic benefits greatly.
