Gps Car Navigation System Design

GPS has been broadly applied in each field of family and industry. With more and more cars, GPS navigation system . This dissertation is to discuss the software design of a GPS navigation system which is based on ARM7 embedded CPU.In chapter 1, the author describes the advantage of GPS technology and the current development status of related technology, and puts forward the design of a embedded platform.In chapter 2, the OS uClinux and the port process are described.In chapter 3, introduced the GPS technology , the interface of GPS and How to use GPS productions.In chapter 4, the article introduced FRAMEBUFFER , and also introduced the mechanism and application of LCD display which bases on it.In chapter 5, we introduced the application and the port process of microwindows.In chapter 6, t we introduced the application and the port process of flnx which made drawing become easier.In chapter 7, we introduced the application and the port process of sqlite which made the management of data become easier.In chapter 8, introduced the design of the entire soft system.In chapter 9, the main research conclusion is given. The prospect of further research work is also discussed.
