The paper aims at discussing the preparation process by an interview program host in terms of mass, interpersonal and oral communications. The author tends to work out the methods and content of marking preparations by way of psychological analysis. First of all, the author gives a definition of interview program and confirms it as the main topic of the paper. In the 2nd chapter, the author discusses host's preparation in terms of mass communication and how to settle an orientation for the interview by analyzing examples. In the 3rd chapter, the author discusses psychology as an instructive force in interpersonal communication in terms of building a communicating platform, mastering listening techniques, handling the "me"and "ego"relationship with the guests and manifesting the characteristics of "major"and "minor"figures. In the 4th chapter, the author discusses the psychological orientation, two basic idea models and the possibility of realizing the models practically.
