The Grid is an integrated infrastructure for coordinated resource sharing and problem solving in distributed environments. It is a kind of infrastructure of the information society, which makes various resources, including computing resources, storage resources, communication resources, software resources, information resources and knowledge resources distributed geographically a virtual super computer via Internet technology. The advantage of Grid is not only the super ability of dealing with large volume of data, but also the ability of making the best use of idle computing capability in the Internet, which saves the computing cost by a long way and make resources shared broadly to abolish the resource island. When information oriented to computers added to resources in the Grid, the Grid turns into the Semantic Grid. The Semantic Grid is an extension of the current Grid in which information and services are given well-defined meaning, better enabling computers and people to work in cooperation. In other words, the Semantic Web is an extension of current Web by adding semantic information to it, and the Semantic Grid is an extension of Semantic Web by extend its computing capability. The Grid and Semantic Web are two theory foundations of the Semantic Grid.Supported by relevant technology in Grid and Semantic Web, the paper established the software architecture of the Human Resource Market System, which aims at solving problems such as information redundancy among information release stations and overlap registration for end users and low efficiency of querying. In order to implement semantic match of grid services in grid system, the paper establishes a domain ontology in the software architecture to describe resource meta-data in grid nodes, which provides domain knowledge and inference rules. At mean time, grid services are described semanticallyby OWL-S in this paper.Last but not the least, the paper make research on the algorithm in the matching engine of the software architecture brought out before, and explicitly display the process of semantic match.
