This paper combines the Semantic Web technology and grid technology to address the interoperability problems among distributed heterogeneous systems in digital library area.In order to achieve long-range cooperation in distributed heterogeneous systems,store mass storage resources in distributed Location,and share digital library resources in maximize degree,the paper presents the concept that building virtual organization digital libraries based on the semantic grid .The Paper refers to the grid workflow ideas and orchestrate the Web / grid service to satisfy the needs of users.In order to enhance interoperability of service.The paper utilizes Semantic Web ontology technology to describe the metadata of services and resources,so it's easy to find, composite, invoke,and monitor these services and resources.The paper will be detailed in the grid-based OWL-S/UDDI service discovery framework which serves as agents of service consumers .The framework maps between service consumers and providers,which aims to provide the best matched service to the service consumer according to its requests.The paper has improved traditional service matching algorithm to improve the search efficiency and accuracy of the service. Finally, the service discovery framework was applied in the design and development of digital library infrastructure model which named Hbutigrid.In order to implement Hbutigrid,first,this paper installs Globus container in the Linux server platform,automatically generate and distribute Web/grid services with professional tool introduce,use grid cluster monitoring tools Ganglia to monitor the work status of cluster which service or resource hosts on.In order to provide a semantic environment,the paper designs the ontology based on the OWL ontology Language model and describes the meta-data information of services by OWL-S model for extending WSDL, and takes advantage of Jena tools to achieve semantic reasoning.In the design of resource retrieval services of Digital library,we use Chinese Academy of Sciences segmentation tools ICTCLAS3.0 to cut on user input word and obtain a meaningful word.We derives domain ontology from the "Classified Chinese Thesaurus", and combined with TF-IDF algorithm for automatic classify documents,thus the grid search services of the digital library can provide the resources according to their subject areas which are requested.All those are aims to further improve the accuracy of the service discovery framework.
