Due to their surprising physical and chemical properties, nano-materials have significant potential applications in materials' intelligentization, highly integration of components, highly density storage and ultra transportation. Therefore, the research on nano-materials is flourishing. Porous anode aluminum (PAA) has typical self-assemble structure. The diameter of pores is almost unanimous all over the membrane, the size and depth of pores can change according to preparation conditions. Porous aluminum with its special nanometer structure pioneered a new way for the development of micro-optical element.The first chapter was preface in the paper. In this chapter, the concept of nanometer, peculiar character of nano-material as well as the method of preparation and study were discussed. The principle of polarization for the assembly with metal arrays was formulated also.In the second chapter, the degree of order for the annealed PAA was studied. The electrolyte is sulfuric acid, the temperature of anneal is unannealed,350℃, 450 ℃ and 550 ℃ respectively. The surface topography of PAA were investigated by Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM) observation which were made by aluminum unannealed and 550℃ annealed ,respectively. Contrast the two samples, the PAA made by annealed aluminum, its diameter of pores is more unanimous, the arrange of pores is more order. Samples' transmission was measured, the wavelength range 200nm to 2500nm. It founded that the PAA is transparent, it can be used as template for preparing polar element. The polar spectrum was analyzed also, it approved that with the anneal temperature increasing, the array of pores is more order.In Chapter Three, the polarization performance of the films with metal columns was investigated. Copper(Cu) nano-wires and silver(Ag) nano-wires were electrodeposited on the PAA. The mechanics "of AC- electro-deposition was discussed. The characterization of samples were studied by XRD and SEM. It was founded that the crystal structure of metal nano-wires is polycrystalline.
