Based On B / S Structure, Tax Management Information System Design And Key Technologies

As a new and significant branch of management science, Management Information System (MIS) is a modern method for the management of enterprises and government department. It plays an important role in the development of national economy and the effective operating of enterprises and government department.Based on the design and development of Xinjiang Local Taxation Management Information System(XLT-MIS), this thesis presents some key techniques of MIS, such as MIS development methods, data access mode, database performance optimization, performance improvement of B/S system, system security and the techniques of system testing etc.Detailed solutions are presented based on the research of related materials, for the wide coverage and variety of tax in XLT-MIS. First, the idea is brought forward that combination of different MIS development methods should be used in different modules of MIS. Then, the method for optimizing data access by using database access middleware and the method for improving database performance by using index are studied. After that, the measures for performance improvement of B/S based system are explained in detail. Finally, the techniques for system security and system testing of B/S based system are studied. The above-mentioned methods, measures and techniques are all implemented in the design of XLT-MIS.Trail operations show that XLT-MIS can offer users practicable solutions to improve the working efficiency remarkably. The XLT-MIS is now being promoted successfully.
