Design And Implementation Of Tax Information Management System Of Quanzhou Municipal Local Taxation Bureau

With the development of modern science and technology, computer and network technology have been well developed, and widely applied in the management of government affairs. The Tax Department, as one of the main sectors of Chinese government agencies, has realized informatization in its taxation management. With limited government officials, coupled with the increasing tax categories and tax payers owing to China's rapid economic development, the old management system, which relies on manual work, could not adapt to the needs of dealing with more and more onerous tax information. To solve the problem, the tax authorities has established a data management system, hoping to use the computer and network technology to establish, improve and standardize the management of tax information, so as to strengthen the supervision of taxation process.According to the measures for tax collection and management of electronic archives management in Fujian Province, the systems studied in this paper are established under the principles of file synchronization, file centralization, authorization management and online management. Technically, they are focused on the file encryption and file authorization management, so as to realize the centralized management of files, ensuring that all the transfer, downloading, authorization, and management of files can be carried out in a relatively secure environment. The main system function modules studied in this paper include modules of data collection, data management, warehouse management, and other data management, etc.The paper aims to make an analysis on MVC design pattern, as well as its developing process and ideas. With the role of J2EE's B / S structure playing in the whole system and its detailed application, and on the basis of MVC design pattern, this study presents a tax information management system. It mainly relates to three levels of structure development model, the core part of which concentrates on data maintenance and the monitoring and management of platform. The first layer of the database is data storage layer, where data are stored through data server, and it is based on OARCLE 11 g database. The second layer of the database, the middle layer, is business logic layer, using BEA WebLogic development model. The third layer is presentation layer, data in which will be available by users, so it is possible for them to do data query and management through browser. The major features of this data management system lies on its adequate sub-functions, fully meeting the various needs of a tax administration system. This paper, by analyzing the features of tax data management, therefore obtaining the detailed requirements of the targeting system, and then on the basis of professional knowledge of computer, finally design and develop the system that can be run better.
