With the development of enterprise information system, EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) has become the focus of enterprise.Whereas web service becomes the main way for application integration of enterprises. Based on the widely-accepted Internet standard protocol, web service can efficiently cooperate heterogeneous application systems on different platforms. It is considered as the trend of network in the future. With the development of network technology, more and more enterprises expand their business on the Internet. Enterprises can build their systems based on web services, so that they can integrate with other information systems conveniently. However, current web service lacks of explicit semantics. It can only use keywords to search for services. Web service fails to enable semantic representations of business relations, contracts and business rules in a machine-understandable way. At present, the development of semantic web provides a chance for web service. Using semantic web, all informations on the network have their semantics. Thereby, the machine can understand and deal with these informations. Combining the charcater of loose couple of web services with the semantic informations provided by semantic web, we can match, find, invoke web services automatically, so as to build and execute business process dynamically. As a result, we can integrate the application systems from different enterprises better. So we combine semantic web with web services to form semantic web services (SWS).In this paper, we analyse the deficiency of current web services and put forward a finding algorithm of SWS. We emphasize the matching of SWS and bring forward the service matching algorighm based on semantics and QoS (Quality of Service). The reasoning mechanism is also expounded. These researches lay the foundation of automatic matching, selecting and invoking SWS in order to integrate the application systems from different enterprises better according to the need of business.The paper explains the actualities and deficiencies of EAI and presents a system architecture-SWSEAIP (Semantic Web Service-based Enterprise Application Integration Platform). We talk about how to wrap, describe, match and select the business system services. We bring forward a matching Framework-OUMF (OWL-S/UDDI Matching Framework) in which there is a matching engine including keywords filter, inputs/outputs filter and QoS filter. Based on the above architecture, we realize a healthcare application integration platform against the background of hospitalinformative construction, which provides a feasible integration solutionfor healthcare.
