Today, machine vision technology earned more and more applications in precise positioning. This master dissertation discussed theVisioned Position Motion Control System (VPMCS) which detecting precise position of the object's positioning mark using machine vision technology. Then the VPMCS controls the position motion controller to compensate the error between position marks and ideal position. By this work the VPMCS realized precise positioning and precise manufactory. This dissertation analysed which key technologies should be possessed by VPMCS. Then it researched and implemented these key technologies. Furthmore this dissertation advanced image measure mothed which fitting linear marks by the Hough Convertion (HC) and fitting circular marks by Least Square Method (LSM). This dissertation has researched the Improved Hough Convertion (IHC) and LSM application and acquired some achievements.These two methods have accomplished subpixel accuracy. Moreover, the Improved Hough Convertion advanced by this dissertation reduced much computational tasks that made it more suitable for embedded systems. Simulation results proved that the Improved Hough Convertion has less than one of fourth computing time of gerneral Hough Convertion. Both the Improved Hough Convertion and LSM fitting achieved one of tenth subpixel accuracy. This dissertation designed the hardware framework for VPMCS. The hardware framwork modules include digital image capturing module, ARM minisystem module, illumination system and PS (Passive Serial) mode configuration for FPGA etc. Meanwhile, for the sake of improving the robust ability of image processing algrithm, this dissertation has studied some image preprocess method which include image smooth filter; binary image mathematical morphology noise filter; binary image edge detection and gray image edge detection. In the end, this dissertation introduced displacement and velocity computer control method for position motion control.
