We usually estimated the quality of thread by whether there are periodic diametre variance which named "flaw". To detect if there are flaws and their appearance rule, we need a system to analyze the thread diameter's change in frequency domain. Which span should between 0.167Hz to 259.2Hz. In 4 decade of last century, USTER company in Switzerland ofered an analogue system model which was made up with 54 channel to operate the thread's diameter in frequency domain. But the analogue filter groups was hard to realise and their work was badly affected by tempreture.With the development of DSP's price and speed, it is ultimated more and more widely.This paper introduces a method to reality efficient data exchange between DSP and A/D converter in a nonlinear spectral analyse system, which was easier to be changed with FIFO (First-In First-Out) and CPLD (Complex Programmable Logic Device). In the end, the author offers the simulated data to validate that the system can work efficaciously.
