With the development of spaceflight technology, secure protection prophecy of layered Telemetry, layered Telecommand and effictive load data based on Consultative Committee for Space Data Systems (CCSDS) standerd has been completed in our country. The spacecraft will adopt Advanced Orbiting system (AOS) standerd, so that current data proteciton technology couldn't satisfy the practical requirements. In order to impove the security of spacecraft, we must analyse the AOS standerd and research the relevant data security protection measures. Adapting the devement of the space data services in our country, designing the high-speed data transmission security protection system onboard spacecraft is required. Based on the recommendation of CCSDS's AOS, this paper discusses the data security problems of AOS spacecraft, and presenting AOS data protection system and simulating the data encryption module. This paper analyses the characteristics of AOS, discussing the potential security threats of spacecraft and security requirements of different operation of AOS, establishing the implement programe of data protection. At the same time this paper completes the design of data encryption module of data protection system, and simulates it through VHDL, and verifies it through C language. The module of data encryption adopts Advantaged Encryption Standerd (AES). Through analysing the AES, adopting high-speed implementing method, using parallel design methods and idea of speed-first and scope-reduction of circuits, this paper completes high-speed simulation of encryption and decryption of AES. The encryption module is a single module in the data protection system, and can transplant easily. It has a high speed, security intensity and needs few resourse, implementing security protection of diversified, high-speed and great data capacities. This paper can be used to the research and demostration validation on spacecraft AOS key technologies, providing essential foundation for the implement of AOS data protection system in hardware.
