| This paper designed a MPEG-4 encoder that is based on GO7007 chip and a MPEG-4 encoder and decoder that is based on vw2010 chip. MPEG-4 coder and decoder that is based on VW2010 is used successfully in the video conference terminal. By designing two PCB boards,they realized converting RGB non-interlaced signal to TV signal and TV signal to RGB non-interlaced. Finally, this paper discusses software programming including MPEG-4 encoding parameter and decoding parameter, OSD menu displaying, net transferring of audio stream and video stream in video conference terminal. The following work are done by the author: 1. Argued MPEG-4 encoding and decoding solution, selected hardware chip to realize MPEG-4 encoding and decoding. 2. Designed MPEG-4 encoder based on GO7007 chip, finished debugging and encoder can work. 3. Designed MPEG-4 encoder and decoder based on VW2010 chip, finished debugging, encoder and decoder can work. 4. According required function in the video conference terminal, designed a PCB board to realize RGB non-interlaced signal converting to TV signal, designed another PCB board to realize TV signal to RGB non-interlaced signal. Finished debugging and can work independently, and are used in the video conference terminal successfully. 5. Software programming including MPEG-4 encoding parameter and decoding parameter, OSD menu displaying, real time play, net transferring of audio stream and video stream in video conference terminal. Finished debugging and realized these function. |
