Lack of trusted Internet Online Payment has been a major obstacle for internet commerce development in China for a long time. This issue can not be solved by internet merchant itself. The development of Electronic Payment System in China is still in an initial stage, not mention that choice of Internet Online Payment is in an even more primitive stage. Complex technology and expensive cost of building and maintenance of such systems is impossible for small and medium size internet merchants to afford. This has become the major bottleneck for B2C development in China. No doubt that there is huge market opportunity for internet commerce in China. Market is there, just look at the huge development of internet merchants that rely on online banking and postal transfer as major payment method. Online payment platform for internet merchant is emerging because of the increasing demand. Equip a payment interface for your online merchant not only increase customer's trust to your website, but also increase your efficiency in cash flow management! Once an unified payment platform has build, internet merchants no need to worry about investment in technology, high operation cost and complex transaction logistics. Small and medium size internet merchants can use the unified payment platform in lower cost and make their website even more popular. You just need to provide the necessary information, even your personal website can be linked to unified payment platform! This thesis is based on Object Oriented (00) software engineering methodology, base on 21CN's distributed platforms, use 00 software modeling technique , i.e., UML modeling language to conduct system analysis and then work out the system analysis model, as well as the master design. The requirement of system model was derived from UML sample model. Further analysis was deriving from UML category graph and packet graph. Base on the analysis result, as well as the system architecture and development platform selection, we can get system functional structure diagram. UML status graph and timing graph were used during system design, produce the required modules to form the functional workflow diagram and a matched database schema hence created. The idea of development, workflow and technology, as well as the consideration for platform development present in this thesis should possess high application value.
