The development of E-government improve quickly, the exchange and of information are needed, especially the information exchanges of Physical isolation. Now, the most government have founded the professional system of themselves, such as the System of Duty CTAIS, the Business callsl2315, the management system of population from public security, the electric port system of enforcing the law, the management information system of law court and the system of social guarantee. It gives play to the handle courage of everyday business, and proves the work efficiency, which raises the convenience to social people. But, because of the limit of the source and technology at first, every unit and system works itself, this becomes many information- isolated islands which wastes the sources extreme.Along the improvement and development of E-government, the business system isolated islands have not satisfied the public needs. The public needs more nimble service from the government. The inside parts of the government need to increase power between them, reduce the duplicating management of information and prove the efficiency. To solve the problem of information- isolated island, we must solve the data exchange needs between the Internet and Intranet.Through the in-depth analysis of information exchange about E-government, first , this paper puts forward a model of the information exchange , present a system , then, evaluates the security and technology about this case , and at last it depicts a computer to manage, examine and verify the information-service machine of the dock, and electric switch which can be dominated in the practice, and puts forward the production to exchange data between the Internet and Intranet.
