Research On Application Of Information Isolation And Exchange Technology In E-Government

This paper described the requirements of both information isolation and information exchange in the network information system of E-government, along with the problem met in design and implement of the system. After analyzing and researching how to implement correlative technology effectively, brought out the principal and method to solve the problems.Information isolation technology is used to provide physical isolation between inner and outer network, in order to meet the need of information security, adapting work processes and improving efficiency. On the base of analyzing the limitation of the normal isolation methods and the actual need in work, brought forward the solutions of "terminals in sole network" and "centralizing information exchange", and more, the compartmentalizing of e-government network.Research and implement information exchange is always the stress for inter-connect among government departments. In order to preventing the phenomenon of information isolate island, insuring information exchange unhinderedly, Adopted the solution of web service for interconnecting government information system on LAN and WAN.
