Some scholars think that it is very reasonable to review in an In-depth reporting, but I don't think so. In this thesis, I want to prove that the strength of In-depth reporting isn't existed in reviews, on the contrary, it exists in the current events.According to facts are found or not, fact is classified as preeclamptic facts and object facts. The preeclamptic fact means man hasn't known it now. And object fact means man knows it, which has been found by one or more people. If a pre-fact is known by man, it can turn into current events at once. However, there are only a few facts maybe current events in the object facts.If an event want to become In-depth reporting fact, it must be complied with three qualifications: nodus, hotspot or freezing point. Any qualification of the three can be likely to a fact of In-depth reporting in theory. As an In-depth fact, it will come through beforetime, now and foretime obviously. At the same time, its conformation in space bestrides this space and yonder space. Time and space make up of the quartuple space of In-depth fact together. Through the event exhibiting itself in quartuple space, the verity of event show its meaning to acceptors.However, the event exhibiting itself has certain established premises. The first step is to collect fact materials. The demand of this process ismore particular more better. The perfect aim is to collect all of the details on the events, in other words, I think it as isomorphism. The second step is to re-format all of the collected details. This period is compartmentalized as choosing and re-combination. The fact's emersion has three fashions: interpretation, forecast and analysis.At last, the thesis studies the meaning of In-depth reporting fact. An In-depth fact can gestate social opinions. This process can be distinguished three phases, which are the externalism of opinion, sensorial opinion turning to rational opinion and opinion's perspicuity. After the different opinions' collision one another, public opinion comes into being gradually. But public opinion's forming is under the verity of facts, if not, it is impossible to form correct public opinion.
