The anti-radiation weapon is a kind of hard antipersonnel weapon which discoverys, traces and destroys the radars by making use of the radar radiations. In the modern air-defense system, it has been a key problem to the air-defense radars whether they have the abilities of countering anti- radiation weapon attack.The characteristic of anti-radiation weapon and its threat to the radar in air-defense system is discussed in this paper. Theories of the Anti-Radiation-Missile cheating system and its techniques are proposed especially according to the limitation of the Passive-Radar-Seeker of the anti-radiation weapon. The technology of cheating Anti-Radiation-Missile by multi-point non-coherent active decoy systems presented in detail by thoroughly taking use of the frailty of the Passive-Radar-Seeker of the Anti-Radiation-Missile of having a too-large identifying angle and can not counter the disturb of the two-point radiation source. The theories study, parameters analysis and digital simulation have been carried out as well as the techniques realization in this paper.
