In the modern electronic war, TRAD (Towed Radar Active Decoy) became an efficient way against PD (Pulse Doppler) radar seeker as a novelty jamming technique, and it has an important value in ECM field. In the present, the domestic research on TRAD jamming is a few, especially lacking in systemic and pertinent research. The thesis has a series of correlative study to the question as "TRAD jamming technique", based on the relation among jamming subject, jamming object and jamming method. It consolidates jamming theory and system framework on TRAD and establishes jamming simulation system. The main works and achievements of this thesis are centralized as follows: 1. Studies and analyze TRADs more profoundly, discusses system characteristic about TRAD jamming concentrated. First, analyze jamming theory of decoy jamming upon mathematic model, and establishes jamming system mechanism. Then simulates and studies functional core module of jamming system, involved in frequency measurement, direction of arrival measurement and digital radio frequency memory, and consummates jamming system principle, which is prepared for physical realization of TRAD jamming. 2. Establishes simulation model about PD radar seeker. First, jamming object is angle tracking in the seeker combined with decoy jamming characteristic, and introduces correlative principle of active PD seeker. Secondly, establishes seeker signal and signal processing model respectively. Signal model includes emitting signal, echo signal, clutter, noise and etc. Signal processing model is established, which is based on single pulse angle tracking system, mainly including AGC, Doppler signal detecting and angle tracking. Finally, computer simulation validates the modeling. 3. Studies and analyze TRAD jamming method, recurring to simulation, several kind of decoy jamming implements are provided. Primarily, discusses coherent jamming and narrowband aiming jamming included with noise, linear frequency modulation and sinusoidal frequency modulation, on principle of traditional fraudulent jamming and enveloped jamming.
