This paper introduces the design and Development of Simulation Control Platform YFK-1, which is connected with large-scale real-time simulation computer(AD/RTS620), three axle sport revolving device,and YSM-3 water pressure simulation device, torpedo steering engine device .etc .The paper completes the simulation control platform based on the hardware system of industrial computer with data acquisition card, and developing soft tool-Labview. The control platform can receive the simulation data for real-time simulation computer ADI and drive exterior device by the interfaces of A/D, D/A, TTL, Isolated digital signals, Reflective Memory real-time network and so on. It can monitor and display the multi-channel digital and analog signals.Meanwhile, based on the technology of Reflective Memory real-time network, completes the design of efficient, real-time of Hardware-in-loop Simulation Of Underwater Vehicle.At last, this paper achieves virtual reality of Hardware-in-loop Simulation system based on UDP network protocol.The design can make intuitionistic, efficient, real-time examining and monitoring of simulating by its powerful user-machine interaction. It achieves intelligent measuring and controlling of the system of real-time Hardware-in-loop Simulation. Furthermore,based on the Fault detection and diagnosis (FDD) technology, it ensure safe and accurate the operation of Hardware-in-loop Simulation control platform. The development of Simulation Control Platform YFK-1 has already put to use successfully and is valuable to torpedo model machine and technology on Hardware-in-loop study.
