Monitoring System Integration Programs And Research

Along with the development of the technologies of micro-electronics, computer, network communication, automatic control, automatic monitoring and information processing, the system integration is promoted in the direction of module, intelligence and network. In this paper, the developing background, characteristics and meanings of system integration is introduced firstly, and its development trend and implement project is discussed also.The paper emphatically introduce and illustrate the hardware selection and system structure designing plans of three monitoring systems, which are strain data acquisition system on the rotary axis, supervisory and control system in bulk-oil loading, automatic computer monitoring system for the properties of refrigerator. A visual and easily operating interface (MMI) with VB5.0 and FIX32 is programmed. Combined with the database function of VB, a data acquisition and printing management system with the function of dynamic data exchange (DDE) is designed on the base of Windows circumstance. The hardware and software integration plan of data communication between the monitoring and control systems is also illustrated in the paper, and the program of CRC with VB5.0 is put forward.
