Presently, optocoupler is advancing to the direction of high speed, high linearity,high voltage, broad band and miniaturization. optocouplers are widely used in theelectric isolation of input and output signals thanks to its excellent performance ofanti-jamming. Compared with other methods to realize linear isolation of analogsignals, the isolation circuit which is composed of high-voltage isolation linearoptocouper module takes the advantage of simpleness, low cost, good performance ofisolation, high linearity and broad band to transfer signals. The high voltage linearisolation optocoupler module is a new type of optocoupler that can be used in thelinear isolation and transmission of signals under the circumstance of high voltage andtherefore replace the transformer with high isolation voltage. Its realization canenlarge the use of optocoupler in the field of analog signals transmission.After discussing the structure, encapsulation, parameter characteristic and typeapplication of the audion model optocoupler and linear model optocouplers, the paperspecifies the manufacture process of the high-voltage linear isolation optocouplermodule relatively thorough, especially for parameter design, structure design, technicsdesign and linear optocoupler design of the module. It also works over the workingprinciple of the module and presents an analysis of the performance and choice of themain parts of the components. High voltage and high linearity are the most importantcharacters of the components, so this paper also offers a detailed analysis of thetheory of high-voltage isolation and the non-linearity of the linear optocoupler. On theconstruct, the hybrid integrated circuit is adopted in the device. Finally, the mainparameter characteristic and curve are analyzed in this paper, the results of theexperiment are discussed and the data from the experiment is analyzed. Theexperiment proves that the device offers many virtues such as simple structure, highprecision and fine linearity.The conclusions in this paper are achieved from theory analysis and experiments.We hope that these conclusions are useful to the prospective analog signals isolation.
