With the performance of the optocoupler more stable and perfect, the application field of optocoupler is enlarged constantly. In some military application such as aviation,space flight,missile,radar and so on, the 10KV isolation voltage is needed, on the basis of it, linearity, capacity of driving load capacitance and reliability are presented.According to the requirements and problems upward, putting focus on the series of high-voltage isolation optocouplers, the design and raw materials of the device are reconsidered , and then its stability and reliability are analyzed and designed. The paper has done much creative and summarized research on the series of the high-voltage isolation optocouplers. In the end, three different high-voltage isolation optocouplers are developed successfully. The main results are as follows:1) Firstly, this paper furtherly analyzes and research on the high-voltage isolation optocouplers, the forms of the package, the aging rule, the character of isolation-voltage, the basic parameters and the typical applications of optocouplers in detail.2) In order to achieve the 10KV isolation-voltage, the ceramic package, which is encapsulated with silicone gel is used. The high-voltage isolation optocoupler has been developed successfully, and its characteristics have been analyzed, it has some excellent merits, such as simple structure, working on stable status and high speed and so on. It will be extensive applied in high-voltage working environment extensively.3) Adopt hollow taper cavity to conduct the light in order to improve the stability and reliability of the high-voltage isolation and linearity optocoupler that can't run very well. The optocoupler which we developed has high stability and high reliability. Its characteristics are much better than before. As it has been made successfully, the optocoupler will be used more extensively in the field of consecutive simulation signal transmission.4) In order to achieve high-capacitance driving, double-loop designing in the circuitry and appropriate IC are adopted. By all-round analyzing, we find that the device have many merits such as: simple structure, fine temperature character, high speed, high-voltage isolation and high-capacitance and so on, it will also be used extensively.5) There are some detail explanations about technique processes and test methods in this paper. After a lot of experiments, we have found the most appropriate material and the best proportion of the two components for the type of the high-voltage isolation optocouplers are found, and concluded some original creative operation processes and rules for encapsulation technique of the high-voltage isolation are concludedThe author has done some deeply research in the field of the series of the high-voltage isolation optocouplers, enlarged the application of the optocoupler and...
