With the development of HPM, the power of microwave is higher and higher, but the destruction of the microwave window is more and more outstanding. There are mainly two factors resulting the destruction of microwave window. One is that microwave window is cracked by the arcing on the surface of microwave window resulted by the secondary-electron ,the other is that the stresses which result from intense local heating produced by the power dissipation cause the microwave window to rupture The second problem is now discussed in this dissertation. Combined with electromagnetic and heat transfer, TDFDM(time domain finite difference method) and FEM(finite element method) are used to analysis the temperature distribution in the teflon microwave window which is exposed to pulse microwave of high power. The relation between temperature distribution and frequency, repetition frequency, power ,width of pulse microwave and time are discussed.
