This paper is rooted from the fund of "The study of high-temperature supercon-ductor receiver front-end with high performances for motion communications ". The micro-wave receiver front-end using HTSC thin films that are mass have the advantages of low resistance and high quality factor, so it's performances are much better than the receiver front-end using wave-guide ,medium resonance or conventional planar structures, offers the potential of large reduction in mass and volume of receiver systems, and lead to significant cost reduction of space systems. By using high temperature HTSC film,we have developed narrowband low insertion loss bandpass, developed low noise amplifier LNA with 0.5dB NF working in 77K liquid Nitrogen temperature. This paper presents the characteristics of HTSC materials and the theory of HTSC receiver front-end. The modes of HTSC resonance and receiver front-end were built using CAD programs by full-wave field solvers. Then the HTSC receiver front-end according to the aim of designs were synthesized, manufactured, installed and measured. In this paper, a series of difficulties such as the precision of design, the lithography process technology, the encapsulation and the measurement in low temperature and so on were solved, receiver front-end having a bandwidth of 22MHz, having center frequencies in 0.795GHz with 0.90 dB NF and restraint restrain besides passband greater than 60dB was designed, 1.4 of rectangle coefficient of receive bandpass filter and measurement results satisfied the requires of designs.
