With the rapid development of wireless communication services,the electromagnetic environment of wireless channel is more and more complex and the interference between signals is serious.In some special applications,such as deep space exploration,submarine communication and electronic countermeasures,the conventional material filter has been difficult to meet the communication requirements.Meanwhile,communication base stations need to have a higher receiving sensitivity to expand the coverage of the limited base stations in the sparsely populated areas.High temperature superconductor(HTS)receiver have high sensitivity,strong anti-interference ability and small rectangular coefficient,so more and more attention is focused on the design of subsystem.The research of the application of superconducting technology started late in our country,The performance of HTS receiver has a large gap with the international advanced products,which is not very good to meet the requirements of modern communications and military fields.That is the reason there coming the high HTS receiver.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the background and practical application of HTS receiver front-end subsystem is introduced.Then,the research status of HTS technology at home and abroad is summarized.Finally,a brief overview of the relevant theoretical knowledge of the RF receiver is given.Secondly,the simulation and design process of a broadband low temperature low noise amplifier is introduced.First of all,the overall project solution is given by according to the project requirements.Then,the circuit of amplifier is designed and manufactured,that include the schematic design,the co-simulation of circuit layout,shielding box design and circuit welding production.Finally the test result of the designed amplifiers are shown: the noise figure of the amplifier is less than 0.5dB in the frequency range of 1.5GHz~2.5GHz,the power gain is more than 27 dB plus or minus 0.5dB,and the input and output standing wave ratio(VSWR)is less than 2 in the cryogenic environment.Then a system-level communication platform is designed based on System Vue.The influence of the front-end subsystem of HTS receiver on the receiver sensitivity is simulated.This section include the following: the theory and method of system simulation,the structure of the communication link,the results of system simulation.Finally,the research and design of the whole subject is summarized and the further improvement and improvement is proposed.
