Based on research and development of Integrated Electronic Commerce Software GECIS, this paper purposes bringing forward a solution for electronic payment software by using OO / OC Method ,MVC Design Pattern and Integerated Modeling Method based on J2EE platform, and proving it's validity. This paper focuses on OO / OC Method ,MVC Design Pattern, UML / OOPN Integerated Modeling Method,Pseudocode description, the technology of J2EE Platform, and the model of Electronic Payment software and development of Electrnic Payment software. Firstly, the architecture and main technologies of J2EE are discussed. And then, the static relations and interactive relations of MVC design pattern are analysed.Following, Struts framework - a MVC framework based on J2EE platform is put forward. In the phase of domain analysis, the requirement of Electronic Payment software is abstracted and described, then, use case model and activity model are created. In the phase of domain design, based on UML and ACME ,object structure model and object behaviour model of Electronic Payment software are created.UML/ OOPN Integerated Modeling Method is used to create a model from other view.A description based on ACME is given to the framework template .The general priciples and instances of the design of database and system interfaces are presented in the same chapter. At the end of this paper, the implement of the Electronic Payment software based on Struts framework is given. After the componet diagram, some typical Pseudocode and source codes are listed. The modeling idea and solution are proved to be effective.
