Integrate Struts Framework With EJB To Build Multi-tier Web System

With the development of Internet-web,More and more enterprise applications are based on web . During this time,J2EE platform, owing to its open- standard specification and Java technology 's inherent superority on ths server side,has become the certain chosen for programming servers. Combining the development of the "Power Work Area Device Management Information System" ,this thesis discusses and researches how to design and implement a reusable,maintainable and extensible enterprise application based on J2EE platform..The thesis first describes J2EE platformand and Struts Framework, then introduces the objective and strategy of the integration Struts framework with EJB component.In the third chapter, the paper analyzes the system's structure and components model,this system entirely follows the principle of designing with component and multitier structure which defined by J2EE specification.the system is composed of a web tier building under the Struts framework and a Business tier which is based on the EJB design-patterns.The two tiers are used together to achieve the system function.After that,combining the implementation of the base information subsystem and the test management subsystem,this thesis discusses in detail that how to contribute a reusable,maintainable and extensible enterprise application by integration Struts framework with EJB component.at the two chapters,I give all emphasis on the maintaince of web page,the control folw and the optimization and reuse of EJB component ,all of these three are the important challenges in designing and developing a enterprise application .At the same time this thesis also contributes a serials of best solution about those problems. last the paper describes the integration and deployment of the system and prospect the J2EE technique's development.The thesis combines theory with practice all the time.It focuses on improving the resue,maintainence and extention of the enterprise application by use of framework and EJB design-patterns. Thus make the paper not only has theory base but also has successful practical significance.
