The state have estabilished special grain reserve system to ensure gain safety. The grain's storage environment is composed with such factors as temperature, humidity, moisture, insect pests and microorganism, etc. which will directly affect the storage of food quality is good or bad. In grain storage safety include four new technology : the grain storage cooling, mechanical ventilation, circulation fumigation, grain storage conditions and control, the grain torage conditions and control is the key technology of its most basic, it is the technical specifications of the storage and grain real-time status of observers and the true results of reflection. The Grain Measurement and Control System Can a scientific and accurate, safe grain storage to reflect the real information will be directly related to the grain storage technology, the practical effect of the use and application of good and bad. So, how to achieve intelligent decision-making is especially important Barn.This paper will be monitoring data on food situation effectively optimized for the purpose, Applied the multi-sensor information fusion technology to food safety assessment. Make the intelligent decision in order to achieve a scientific and rational food security. The main works as follows:(1) To analysis the currently used by food situation and control system model information fusion, information fusion level, system architecture and hardware interface circuit of the system, this paper roposed a distributed grain structure of intelligence information fusion. This structure will be more beneficial to the system of intelligent decision-making and safety evaluation,To be more scientifically right to conduct real-time monitoring of food storage.(2) To be more scientifically right to conduct real-time monitoring of food storage, for homogeneous sensor this paper presents a new and improved method of information fusion. First, using Distribution Method exclude the divorced data, And then gives an improved Kalman filter approach to process the data, Finally further Bayes estimation theory is presented based on the distributed information fusion kalman filter and make homogeneous sensor data fusion. Using the method of information fusion which will obtain the results of high accuracy, while the signal of instability has a strong ability of real-time tracking.The simulation results show that the reliability and accuracy of this method, effectively raising the grains and control of intelligent decision-making capacity situation. (3) In order to enhance the system of intelligent decision-making capacity for the heterogeneous sensor, this paper applies a new information fusion method. To make the BRF Neural Network and D-S evidence theory of the information fusion combining applied to the grain storage security and stability evaluation of the situation,and compared its results with a single neural network or the D-S evidence theory of information fusion results. The experiment results will show that have these advantages, which based BRF neural network and D-S evidence theory, the information fusion method to improve the calculation speed of the system, enhancing the system's anti-interference ability and fault tolerance, reduce the systematic evaluation of uncertainty.
