Decision Support System In Telecom Ip Clustering Algorithms, Applications And Research

Based on the requirement of telecom IP business, IP business-oriented decision support system (DSS) is designed by all the people of the project group. Based on the fundamental theory of DSS and technique of data mining, data warehouse and .NET architecture, three-layer architecture system is designed that includes four libraries and five function modules. Aiming at the characteristic of IP business, several predictive methods are integrated and graphical user interface is designed based on browser/server architecture. And I will emphases on the design and realization of the network investment module.One of main purposes of this system is to analyze the great amount of charging data of telecom business with the data mining technique so as to obtain the reliable decison support information. Clustering analysis is adopted for this purpose, where, k-means and k-medoids are used. Finally, Voronoi diagram based clustering analysis is discussed for above purpose .
