The Vehicle Monitoring System Based On Short Messaging - The Design And Realization Of The Monitoring Center Side

Along with the spread of city and the manifold of vehicle, vehicle's attemper and management has become an important question of society. By intelligent vehicle surveillance system, Operator can manage the vehicle with a few command, so the running effect of moving object can be improved greately. However, conventional vehicle surveillance system transmit position, state of vehicle and control information by broadcasting station or group mobile commuication, and these commuication has bug of small capacity, small scale and object to interfere.Globe Position System(GPS) can survey object's positon whenever and wherever by receive navigation signal which send by USA's 24 satellites.Geography Information System(GIS) can collect kinds of dimensional information and attributive information, then input them into computer to build database which has mutual relation, so people can manipulate the dimensional information and attributive information easier.Short Message Service(SMS) is one value-added service of mobile communication system, and it has higher reliability and lower price. Each subscriber which has apply the service can get service in the mobile communication network.Combine with the backgroup which are firstly discussed , the paper research and summarize these key technic and design a vehicle surveillance system base on these technic. The paper introduce the design process of this system's surveillance center and test result show that the surveillance center has reach the requirement.
