| Airport construction fee (ACF) is one of the most important outlay of the infrastructure of airport, and it is credible guarantee to implement modernization and exalt service level of airport. To reduce or prevent the loss of ACF is the target of this dissertation. First of all, this thesis resumptively introduce the actuality of all over the world in self-service, the background and significance of self-help ticketing system of ACF are opened out based on it, then, the key technology of the system is presented according to logical process from theory to practice.A new scheme based on components is brought forward after malpratice of the old collection pattern is analysed and reason of loss of ACF is taken apart. This system is verified that it can effectively control the loss of ACF in theory and in practice, and it can provide reference to development of other self-help service system. |
