| The rapidly changing computer science has brought about inexhaustible vigor to the development of telemedicine system. With the development of wireless communication , electron and information technology, computer industry has grown into mobile times. Embedded System represented by palm-computer (personal digital assistant) has become popular day by day. Using computer in mobile, connecting the mobile subject together with the immense digital space seamlessly via network, and realizing medical monitoring anytime anywhere is no longer Arabian Nights.Telecare technology is a focus in the field of telemedicine recently, in the same time, it is relatively weak. Most of the mobile monitoring devices are wire communication in China, it is difficult to update these devices, and the data format is not universal to all devices. Aiming at these questions, my thesis bring forward a telecare system based on wireless communication.First, the thesis analyzed the research background, status quo and inadequacy to bring forward the research goal. Second, I studied the correlative technology to provide theoretical basis for the research of wireless-communication telecare system (WCTS) ; Third, I put forward a complete logical frame design of WCTS. I analyzed and devised the wireless communication mode, function realization principle and application model of monitor center in telecare system. Refer to virtual medical signal instrument and international standard IEEE 1073, based on embedded platform, I put our analysis and design emphasis on every ingredient module of mobile monitoring equipment. Through analyzing and dealing with the data transmission by wireless communication, insured the bandwidth , reliability and signal continuity. I designed the scheme of data compress, too. I carried on the theory research and program design of the two modules of data collection and wireless communication in the application software, and validate by experiment. Finally, I made a summarization and prospect.The thesis provided a new idea and method for the telecare systembased on wireless communication. It also improves some problems in the research of telecare system. In the meanwhile, it is a good reference to other data transmission system based on wireless communication.The thesis mainly related to telecare, virtual medical signal instrument, hospital data transmission system and the related international standard IEEE 1073, wireless communication technology, network communication technology, computer interface, and embedded system development etc. |
