With the improvement to the performance of all-purpose Digital Signal Processor (DSP), the emphases of radar signal processing system has changed from hardware design to software compiling. Thus the flexibility or extended capability of system becomes better and development period of system becomes shorter.This thesis mainly discussed the realization of radar signal processing system based on ADSP-2116X processor, the thesis also took the simulation to the sub-module of the system.The thesis firstly introduced the architecture and characteristic of ADSP-2116X processor, described the computational units and memory configuration.Then we discussed the methods of compiling ADSP assemblly files and LDF files, described an actual example detailedly.The signal processing system of this thesis is mainly composed of Pulse Compressing(PC) and Moving Target Detection(MTD) and Constant False-Alarm Rate(CFAR), we took the simulation to each module.At last, the thesis discussed the realization of the system, we described the system frame and the comparison to different scheme of PC and MTD and CFAR.
