As the advantage of flexibility, the phased array radar can adopt various processing methods to realize the more function. Beyond the research of the new kind of processing machine, the paper discusses about the processing methods such as Moving Target Indicator (MTI), Moving Target Detection (MTD), Constant False Alarm Rate (CFAR) and so on. First the theory of MTI, MTD, CFAR is introduced here. Then the emphasis is laid on the simulation and compare of MTI and MTI with stagger ratio, and also on the compare among the results of different noise passing through the MTI. The blind velocity and blind phase which the MTI processing brings on and the solutions are of blind velocity and blind phase are all introduced. The phase arrayed radar signal-processing machine is designed beyond the theory discussed above. The request of function and time-sequence is presented here, and the plan of signal- processing system is explained to meet the demand of request of radar system. At last, the block maps of circuits are present to show how they are realized in detail. The time-sequence of the block using Field Programmable Gate Array is illustrated too.
