Data Mining Applications In The Mobile Customer Churn Prediction

Data Mining is a general term, which describes a number of techniques used to identify pieces of information or decision making knowledge in data. A common misconception is that it involves passing huge amounts of data through intelligent technologies that, alone, find patterns and give magical solutions to business problems. This is not true. Business expertise must be involved and Data Mining is an interactive and iterative process.More and more people think Data Mining is very useful. With the developing of Data Mining' s theoretic, Data Mining is utilized to many fields. But it is difficult to some scopes in practice. In my paper, I will discuss some question: how to apply Data Mining to forecast the customer to be or not lose and how to improve the quality of forecast model. I will dissertate with any Data Mining' s arithmetic that is used in our experimentation. We focus on the improved CRISP-DM and give the results of model and the methods of forecast in my paper.
