To meet the urgent need of personal communication and high data rate services, many manufactures paid attention to the research and application of power amplifier. The design, simulation and realization of RF power amplifier are discussed in this thesis. The main contents are as follows: A introduction of the development of RF high power amplifier and the features of the linearity amplifiers. A summarization about the structure of the power amplifier. The analysis of the design theories for the H.F Power amplifier. Such as the design theory for the wideband transformers, the linearity techniques. A design for the wideband power amplifier. A loadline simulation for the power transistor, and for the circuits structure. The results of simulation are a verification of design. The realization of a 2-30MHz wideband high power amplifier which is a important part of the whole tranceiver. Suggestions for improving the system performance in the future design.
