Nowadays more and more people come to share the commonsense about test system of higher speed and smaller volume. Integrated test system based on CompactPCI structure is consistent with this development.Based on the project"The A/C mode ATC electronic devices integrated testing system"carried by laboratory, this paper focuses on the test method of frequency and power in ATC equipment, and then, the paper discusses on the software and hardware architecture of the system.The thesis sets out from the point of view of system, and putting forward the solution of the frequency test and the power test, at last, the paper depicts the hardware constitute and the software design. The article begins from the analysis of the system requirement, and it also discusses the current methods of testing frequency and power. After the analysis and research, the paper proposed methods of testing frequency and power that compatible for the project. And then, the paper introduces the mainly frame of the whole system in two parts. In software part, it stresses the design of the software, shows the flow chart and the kernel codes and also proposed a architecture of the system software based on the multithreading. In hardware part, the paper discusses the configuration of the system and introduces the function of each mold. At last, the paper depicts the system debugging and the solution of some key problems that encountered during the research time and the way of disposing the test result.Now, we have finished the test items in requirement. It proves that the design in this thesis is feasible and practicable.
