Along with the extending of the application area of the enterprise business model,and the rapid development of the demand in this field, the construction tools play more and more crucial role in the enterprise operation mode and profit decision. Software modeling is a construction method in business model programming, which is widely used in many famous enterprises in the world, based on the idea that what you see is what you get. Business modeling tools has been a hot topic in the field of software development in Europe and all over the world. Since the very beginning of the cooperation between Laboratory Lero and Potsdam University started in these years. Through the research of modeling process and the optimization of modeling method for the existing mainstream commercial modeling tools, this paper successfully optimizes the business modeling of enterprise class software modeling.First of all, this paper, based on different demand scenarios, under the help of "the business model canvas & toolbox" and other more than ten kinds of international mainstream commercial software modeling, which recognized by Laboratory Lero, builds a software modeling operation on the prototype of its static business modeling, and compares the advantages and disadvantages,putting forward the integrated function of business modeling software flow.Secondly, through the study of the function flow of the mainstream business modeling tools, this paper finds that it lacks of the pertinence in business modeling problem domain in modeling process. Since the business modeling problem domain is extremely broad,it is conducive to improve the accuracy of modeling to cut and divide the problem domain.Therefore, this paper presents a software business model of integrated optimization model of the demand. By using Petri net theory of quad, the paper converts the integrated function flow into the demand model; by using correlation matrix and Petri net optimization rules, the paper revises information flow, idle resources and competitive conflict, and promotes the whole accessibility of the demand model and closure. At the mean time, it makes sure the enterprise modeling different domain resource allocation, and provides a better analysis and guidance for the decision-making of the enterprise.In the end, based on the node similarity, this paper puts forward the calculation method of nodes similarity in business model canvas, which has involved the attributes of the canvas,and aiming at adding semantic framework structured business model canvas,moves forward a single step to put forward the business model canvas link prediction algorithm. Meanwhile,this paper chooses the real the business model canvas information of international enterprise(Amazon, Skype, etc.) as a data set, and separates the data set into two parts, a set of test set and a training set. From four aspects, the AUC index, the index of Precision, the algorithm time complexity and dynamic sparse network testing, the paper proves that the algorithm for the feasibility of the business model canvas network link prediction.
