With the expansion of computer application domain and the fast development of Internet technology, the research on the security of web-based application system is absorbing more attention around the academic and industrial world, and the study on system security becomes an important problem in software engineering domain. Reusing security patterns is one of the possible ways to solve the security problems. This paper is established on the Educational Administration Management Web System of Central South University. It first analyzes the security requirements of the system, and makes a thorough study of security patterns based on the analysis, then applies what the writer has studied to the system and finally makes a summary of the study work and prospects the future study orientation. Because Teaching Management Web System is developed on Microsoft's .NET framework, so this paper also makes a study of the security features that .NET framework owns in-depth.The paper's study on security patterns has some innovation. First we present a new security pattern template; this template adds some new security features such as constraints, counter-examples and related security patterns. So the template can better express the security speciality. The second innovation is that we present several new security patterns such as secure communication and fail safely. We analyze and dissertate these patterns and import class diagram and sequence diagram to make the description more straight and clear. At last, we implement the security patterns studied above in a real system, and also test the actual validity of all the security patterns.
