Now, most of Trunking System is either Analysis Trunking System(the first generate) or the Trunking System which based in TDMA technology(the second generate).It's well known that analysis Trunking System have much shortcoming, and is washing out step by step today. The second Trunking System are all based in TDMA technology. Today , the main direction of Digital Cellular Communication is the Digital Cellular Communication based in CDMA(the third generate). Compared with the first and second System, CDMA has much advantage. Now , one of the direction of Trunking System is the trunking system which is based in CDMA technology and lies in traditional PUBLIC Digital Cellular Communication. This article discuss the feasibility of implementing Trunking System in public digital cellular communication using CDMA through implementing a basic trunking system in CDMA net and the feasibility of amalgamation of traditional Trunking System and PUBLIC Digital Cellular Communication. The emphisis of this article lies in following four factor: The first is improve on A interface of IMT-2000.The existing IMT-2000 is focused on communication between single people,to trunking system ,we may communication between one people and one group which consists of many people.This article extend the A part of IMT-2000 which make it satisfied the demand of trunking system.The second is improve system capacity.The system based in TDMA increase system capacity through improve the using-ratio of time-slice. But because the limit of time-slice ,this method only improve limit system capacity. To CDMA, the capacity is only limited by power-control algorithm. The third is improve on air-interface. This article rapidly increase the get-in speed by using reseving channel .This point is proved by experiment. The fourth is voice synthesize and dispatch.In second system,voice synthesize in reverse and voice dispatch in positive need transmitter increase its power and mobile tune its frequency. But in this article current system almost need not modified because using same PN code and grouping net.
