The future mobile communication systems are expected to support users withmulti-service of different QoS requirements, such as voice, videophone, the high speedInternet and so on. In order to provide multi-traffic's guaranteed QoS to as many users aspossible, and maximize radio resource utilization, we must take the effective CallAdmission Control(CAC) algorithms. CAC is one of the important composing part of radioresource management, it maintains the system's normal running through admitting orrejecting a user's service request, and it is the main method for balancing the contradictorybetween service degree of satisfaction and the system resources maximization. So anefficient CAC is essential to provide QoS guarantees of different services and enhance theutilization of radio resource. In this paper, Firstly we analyze the uplink and downlinkcapacity of multimedia CDMA systems comprehensively & systematically, service module.Due to the consideration of the arrival procedure, the activation factor and the radiopropagation module, the analysis is according with the practical system and in favor of thesystem planning and designing. Based on the capacity analysis, we proposed two kinds ofCAC algorithms: the SIR-measurement-based local and global call admission controlalgorithms for multi-services. We analyze the system's performance, such as the trafficblocking rate and system interrupting rate through extensive simulation.
