Community Information Management And Service System Design And Realization

The development of the Internet technology and the construction of the information infrastructure have made the application of this technology which is based on them be applied in different fields of people's life with surprising speed. As the bridge between the government and people, the community is an important part of the society and the extent of its informationalization has an impact on both the management of government and the standard of living of people. This paper takes Nansha Street Community of Dalian as the background, aiming at the common problems existing in the community work such as the low work efficiency, the lag of the communication of the information, the unshared information and function of service, to design and develop a system of the information management and service of the community. This paper works as follows:1. Carry on a research to the present community's management and service mode, put forward the informationalized management and service mode of the community. According to the characteristics of the development of this system, bring out OOPA-an approach of development of software which combines Object-Oriented with Prototype, and adopt this approach to analyze the system.2. Make a whole design on this system, set up the operating environment, make a division on the function module, then make a detailed design on this system according to OOPA, provide the security design of this system finally.3. Put up a description in details of the actualization of both this system and the key technology. C/S part of this system is carried out using PowerBuilder while B/S part of this system is actualized by adopting ASP.NET and XML.The system has been operated for more than one year, and it can meet the basal demand of the community work. Finally, this paper points out the deficiency of the system and advances the direction of the further development.
