| With the development of the society and information technology, systems, involved by decision making, become more and more complicated. There are too many parameters to considerate, and too many strategies to choose. So it is hard to generate strategies and make decision only by human brain. In modern society, cut-throat competition and fast-changing market demands force business managers to be eager to have a useful tool, supported by web and computer technology, to help them to cope with a mass of information , which will be great helpful for their decision making ,supported by problems finding and presentiment function . Since the juvenility of theory, models and methods, the major of MIS and DSS available in the market lack the function of problems finding and presentiment, and strategy generating.Founded by National Nature Science Foundation of China (NNSFC), extension staff had come to have a clear idea of the importance of strategy generating and evaluating on computer , and the feasibility of combination of extension and strategy generating and evaluating. From Feb, 2003, the workgroup, leaded by Cai Wen, assumes the NNSFC project with title of "the basic theory and methods of extentics strategy generating system", to bring forward the logical foundation and methods of how to use extentics theory and methods to implement strategy generating.As the sub-project of the above project, this article try to studied the feasible extentics transformation technology on computer ,so as to carry out the real estate marketing strategy generating system, whose database is a dummy real estate marketing case. This system is based on extentics transformation technology as well as OOD. The main job includes:1. Discuss the combination of extentics methods and database, date warehouse, and OO technology.2. Research on the formalization description of strategy generating technology based on extension.3. Research on the extentics data mining methods, and give the related definition and implementation.4. Desingn and program the the real estate marketing strategy generating system, based on the above research and the theoretical fruit of the workgroup. With a sound interface between human and machine, the system has implemented the strategy generating and evaluating process which is based on extentics transformation technology.The system ,which is completed by this sub-project, has build up a foundation of further research ,such as the automatic generating of strategy, and the research on the formalization system of information description-knowledge generating-intelligent kindling. |
