This paper analyzes the condition of quality management and quality control and puts forward the significance and problem of researching and developing quality control system oriented to multiple species and small batch manufacturing. Based on the detailed discussion of group technology and process quality control, the paper points out the conception of process family using process dividing and coding, does some data conversion through the application of statistical methods, monitor the manufacturing process by histogram, control charts and process capability index. Based on above principles and methods, have a design and develop of the quality control management system oriented to multiple species and small batch, which integrates management, technology and regulation.
