The Gravure Automatic Register System,

In this thesis, we first introduced the technology of gravure press is developed very high speed and applied widely. The structure of gravure press machine is more rationalization and science. So it is necessary that the method of controlling the precision is easier.On base of the theory and makeup of the process printing system, we analyzed the characteristic of the system model. In order to find a control strategy adapt to the register system, we introduced several controller, then gave a new PID controller with threshold value. And gave several classes digital arithmetic of PID controller. And then realized them by assembly language.Finally, a novel control and realization method of automatic register controller for gravure printing is presented according to the working feature of gravure press. The new controller system is developed with multiple 80C196KC-embedded controller and a personal computer. And designed the hardware and software system.The applications of in practice show that the printing precision and printing speed of the kind of gravure printing press can be improved greatly with the help of the controller system, so it has good application foreground.
