| the RF communication system and its two principal-modules-Low noise amplifier & frequency synthesizer have been discussed in this paper as followings:Chapter 1, Introduction,in which some views about the technology of the modern RF chip & system architecture of transceiver have been presented.Chapter 2,The Design & Optimization of LNA in RFIC ,in which the key design targets and basic architectures of LNA have been presented from the point of 1C design, then the instruction and procedure of design & optimization of LNA have been analyzed deeply and simulated by HP ADS.Chapter 3,The Design of LNA in RF Communication System, in which the key parameters and principal design targets of LNA have been presented in circuit level, then a common method of LNA by S parameter and Smith circle has been introduced to make a tradeoff among stability , gain, noise and so on. At last, a example of RF LNA circuit has been presented.Chapter 4,The Basic of Frequency synthesizer Design ,in which the principal property of frequency synthesizer has been introduced and several methods for frequency synthesizer are provided.Chapter 5,The Research of High-speed PLL Frequency Synthesizer ,in which the property of DDS frequency spectrum and the basic principles and property of PLL have been introduced, then several methods for improving the transition speed of PLL have been provided.Chapter 6,The Realization of High-speed PLL Frequency Synthesizer ,in which the choose of basic parameter and principal chips have been introduced, then the scheme of each module has been briefly presented .Chapter 7,The Measuring and Analyzing of High-speed PLL Frequency Synthesizer ,in which the high-speed PLL synthesizer has been measured and the results have been analyzed. |
