Research Of The LVS Load Balance In Web Services

With the development of Internet at full speed and the application of network in all area, the number of network users increases fast and traffic of different service grows like geometric series. Some problems appear such as a disabled single dot, low-performance network service, high cost updating, no expansibility etc, with using the single server.Now, people often solve those problems by the way of hardware or sof(?) to realize network load balance. The load balance with the technology of Linux Virtual server (LVS) can offer 7*24 services, have expansibility, have management easy, avoid a single dot etc.This thesis work mainly job is First studying the model of data package transmit by LVS, load balance schedule, and the theory of LVS realization. Second selecting the VS-DR model and WLC schedule to design a different structure load balancy system, it is built on existent devices and servers for solving those problems of the single server, third finding out a way to count weight of a server, which could show capability of the server .four,and the last building a test system to test the function and performance of the load balance system...
