The Dalian blood Center has constructed the MIS with Internet technology, and realized the general net integrity through the query of browser way uniformly and convenietly in order to adjust to development of mordern MIS of blood center. The MIS of blood center not only adapts the client/server mode of the same trade, but also introduces the browser/server mode at some points of software exploitation based the database of MIS . It is unprecedanted in the domestic.The thesis first elaborates the background of its naissance , the development of same trade, the neccesity of construction , basic theory of MIS and the work flow with the feature of the blood center ,which makes the reader understand the whole network structure and its professional flow,. Then from the aspect of software engineering prototype exploition ,it analyzes the feature of systerm and data structure , and sets forth the whole frame , the design in detail, concretes realization, brief programing introduction. Especially while introducing the fuction module of MIS. The paper enumerates some examples to explain the trait of the front , in which the applications of power builder are used and the back program, in which especially the application of triggers. And followingly it introduces the exploition and realization of WEB systerm, the trait of network safety and the measure against the intrusion.
